Inside Nômade Boca, Where Golden Cocktails, Global Small Plates and Moroccan-Inspired Design Set the Night in Motion.
May 28th, 2026
Boca Raton’s got a brand-new heavyweight in the culinary game, and let me tell you, Nômade is an absolute vibe. Straight out of Westport, Connecticut, this globally inspired spot just touched down at 6030 SW 18th Street, and they are bringing some serious heat to South Florida. The minute you step inside, the energy hits you. It’s an incredibly sexy, upscale environment packed with beautiful people, a live DJ, and a gorgeous Moroccan theme that shines through the handcrafted glassware and custom decor. Co-owner Mary C. Webster really put her soul into designing this 250-seat indoor/outdoor masterpiece, and it feels less like a standard restaurant and more like an exclusive passport experience.
As for the menu, Executive Chef Zoltán Kovács is doing his big one with global small plates meant for sharing. The variety of little bites completely spoke to me, starting with the Avocado Crispy Rice, the golden rice has this perfect crispy crunch with mashed avocado and a serrano truffle aioli laid beautifully on top. I also dived into the incredibly flavor-packed Edamame Dumplings served with a tamari sweet chili sauce, and the Peking Duck Dumplings, alongside some refreshing Watermelon Salad, Deviled Eggs, and perfectly executed Lemongrass Miso Salmon bites and chicken skewers. To wash it all down, the bar program is hitting a hundred percent from the field; I personally ran through the lineup and every single drink delivered, especially the Silk Road Espresso Martini featuring Kleos Mastiha and fresh espresso, the Golden Mule made with Gulf Stream Vodka and a carrot ginger cordial, The Nomad bourbon cocktail served over a crystal-clear ice sphere, and the Nomarita with its refreshing passion fruit and watermelon profile.
If you are trying to pull up aka come by for a beautiful experience, their scheduled to be open Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM, Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 12:00 AM, and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM , just keep in mind that the kitchen closes up at 10:30 PM Monday through Saturday. They’re moving to reservations-only very soon, so if you’re trying to elevate your next night out, head over to www.nomadeboca.com or follow them on Instagram to lock your spot in, because this is officially Boca’s new definitive hot spot.
