Michael Bryzek, of Glen Rock, New Jersey, says he was a guest at Boca Woods Country Club, (10450 Boca Woods Lane) when he slipped on the painted logo on January 19, 2025. The complaint claims the logo was excessively slippery and presented a hazardous condition for players on the court.
The lawsuit names two defendants: Boca Woods Country Club Association, Inc., which owns and operates the facility, and Fast-Dry Courts, LLC, the company Boca Woods hired to design and apply the logo. Bryzek alleges the club failed to maintain its premises in a safe condition and failed to warn guests of the dangerous surface.
