The 22,000-square-foot abode, the brainchild of developer Aldo Stark, takes inspiration from the craftsmanship and elegance of Rolls-Royce cars. In fact, the property takes its name—Villa Spectre—from the marque’s EV. The home’s seven-car garage—climate-controlled, of course—was designed specifically to display Cullinans, Corniches, and other Rolls, with owners and guests able to admire them from a nearby private office.

The grand entrance, flanked by a water feature and a winged statue that evokes the nameplate’s Spirit of Ecstasy, leads to a massive double living room. When entertaining, the formal dining room—glowing in gold—can seat up to 20 at a custom Brazilian onyx table. Meals can be served from the grayscale family kitchen or the chef’s kitchen, the latter with a private entrance for staff. Afterwards, guests can retire to one of six bedroom suites, including two primaries featuring fireplace-warmed bedrooms, walk-through dressing rooms, and marble-clad bathrooms with sculptural black soaking tubs…
