A Delray Beach condominium community is pushing to renovate its pool restrooms but says some county permitting requirements don’t fit a 55-and-over community.
Larry Horowitz has lived at Huntington Towers Condominium for about four years and serves on the board of the 160-unit community at 7390 S. Oriole Blvd.
