Flooding, Heavy Rain For South Florida On Monday

MIAMI, Florida — Partly sunny skies with temperatures in the mid-70s are expected across most of South Florida on Sunday, February 23, 2025, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Miami. Northeast winds will range from 6 to 10 mph.

The chance of thunderstorms will increase early in the week as a disturbance from the Gulf approaches the region. The potential for heavy rainfall and localized flooding will be highest Monday into Monday night, especially in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
