LAKE WORTH, Fla. (CBS12) — Two men have been arrested in Lake Worth for allegedly throwing bricks at their neighbors, resulting in severe injuries. Now, one is being held on a detention order related to his immigration status.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) said Oscar Pedro Fransisco, 30, and Luis Mendez Felipe, 21, were taken into custody following the violent altercation with their neighbors on Conrad Circle.
At around 11:45 p.m. on Saturday, the victims told deputies that the two men had thrown bricks at them. A man suffered a broken left hand and multiple scratches on his chest, while his wife sustained severe swelling on the left side of her face.
