A devastating motorcycle crash left one man with a leg and partial arm amputation and another with significant injuries in Broward County yesterday. Broward Sheriff’s Fire Rescue teams were dispatched to the scene on U.S. Highway 27 near Griffin Road shortly after 4:30 p.m., as reported by CBS Miami. The first man’s injuries were severe enough to warrant a Level 1 trauma alert, and he was subsequently airlifted to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue’s Air Rescue team. The second person, who endured a shoulder injury, was also taken to Memorial Regional Hospital via ambulance.

According to information obtained by NBC Miami, both men appeared to be members of a motorcycle group, with one featuring tourniquets around his limb and the other showing visible bruising down his side.
