Next month, a new restaurant will be bringing a whole new way to do smoked chicken and ribs to Fort Lauderdale. Called Wild Rooster, it’s opening at 35 N Federal Highway, where it will showcase cutting technology designed for high quality and consistency.
“We’re a roasted smoked chicken and ribs place,” David, who owns Wild Rooster, told What Now on Friday. “We’ll also have things like pork sandwiches, fried island rice with ham and pineapple, and roasted potatoes.”
The biggest component, David says, is the roasted chicken (sold whole or by the quarter or half), which is cooked in a Unox Combi Oven, which, together with several other state-of-the-art technologies, will get you the perfect chicken or ribs every time…
