South Florida will see a shift in the recent weather pattern into the weekend as a strong ridge of high pressure builds in from the western Atlantic.

This will usher in noticeably drier air and limit shower and thunderstorm development. Rain chances will be quite low at 10–20%, mostly confined to late afternoon or early evening when the sea breeze is strongest. With fewer clouds and little rain expected, daytime heating will be more intense. Highs will climb into the low to mid‑90s.
