Two senior officials at the Boynton Beach Police Department are currently not serving in their usual roles as an internal investigation is conducted into complaints made against them. Deputy Chief Matthew Zeller and Major Michael Johnson, both longstanding members of the department, have been placed on administrative leave. One source relayed to WPBF 25 News that the complaint targeting Deputy Chief Zeller was submitted anonymously, whereas Major Johnson is facing a separate complaint.
