MIAMI – A woman from Pakistan was arrested Tuesday on a charge of child neglect without great bodily harm in connection with the disappearance of her 10-year-old daughter, Gabrielle Terrelong, who authorities say has been missing from Margate since June.
Jail records show Passha Davis, 34, appeared in Broward bond court Wednesday, where she was held on a $100,000 bond, WPLG-TV reported.
