The South Florida Water Management District and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are working on the Central and Southern Florida (C&SF) Flood Resiliency Study for the Broward Basins. The project is supported by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Broward County. It uses Section 203 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 as its legal basis.
