PALATKA, Fla. (WCJB) – A man in Putnam County is waiting for his sentencing date after he was found guilty of kidnapping a woman and young children and leading sheriff’s deputies on a high-speed chase.
Michael McNeal, 37, faces up to 25 years in prison. He was convicted following a three-day trial. His sentencing date is set for Dec. 29.
