LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL — Mr. Shrimp Chicken & Seafood is expected to open in February at 2424 N. State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes, according to COO Jamila Abraham.
The Lauderdale Lakes restaurant will be the brand’s fifth brick-and-mortar location, adding to a growing footprint that also includes a food truck with a permanent location. With another brick-and-mortar restaurant planned to open in March 2026, the company will have a total of seven locations, including the food truck, and is actively seeking franchise partners as it continues to expand.

Mr. Shrimp Chicken & Seafood focuses on Cajun-style seafood and comfort food made fresh to order.
Guests can build their own bowls by choosing boiled or fried seafood, along with proteins such as fried chicken strips and beef sausage.
The menu also includes signature bowls such as the Palm Beach Bowl, the Miami Bowl, which features items such as black beans and mango salsa, and the Nola Bowl, a Cajun-style pasta inspired by New Orleans flavors…
