An investigation is underway after police said a man tried to stab a woman, whose 8-year-old daughter was also injured in the attack in Fort Lauderdale.
Tracey Linnen said he was out of town celebrating his birthday when his daughter, Precious, and his granddaughter, Aubrey, were attacked.
“It’s been a nightmare. They didn’t want to tell me until I got home,” he said. “…We were on a cruise, and we just got back today. We didn’t know any of this was happening until we got home.”…
