An infant is recovering in the hospital after being attacked by the family dog at a home in Florida.
Around 2:40 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20, Hallandale Beach Police were informed that a 1-year-old child was being treated at a local hospital following a dog attack at a residence on Southeast Ninth Court.
According to police, the family dog attacked the child while the mother was changing the baby’s diaper. The mother quickly pulled her child away but was also bitten during the struggle. Both the mother and child suffered serious injuries…
