GOLDEN BEACH, Fla. — Last week, a Broward County judge ruled it was unconstitutional to fine a Tamarac woman whose car was captured crossing a Sunrise intersection.
The ruling is raising questions about the future of red light cameras being used to fine drivers in Florida.
