Tamarac will soon have a new warehouse facility.
During the April 7 meeting, the commission approved an ordinance on first reading to change the land use designation from commercial to industrial for 6.1 acres at 5600 North Hiatus Road.
The subject property is the former location of the Gold Coast Schools, which included the Gold Coast Professional School and other professional training schools.
