Woodmont Industrial Partners has filled more than half of a newly built facility in South Florida with a seven-year, 129,000-square-foot lease with an aircraft parts distributor and asset manager.
The Fairfield-based firm, which developed the building in partnership with the Butters Group, said Alaris Aerospace Systems is relocating to Corporate Logistics Center in Jupiter from nearby Pompano Beach. The tenant will use the space at 15791 Corporate Circle for general warehousing, distribution and related office operations, leveraging its 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 48 dock doors and ample car and trailer parking to support its complex aerospace and defense applications, while benefiting from its direct access to Palm Beach International Airport, the Port of Palm Beach and other key destinations in the region…
