Fantini’s Fusion Kitchen will make its Treasure Coast debut June 12, opening for lunch service at 11 a.m. The Palm City restaurant promises a metropolitan-inspired dining experience featuring global flavors and refined hospitality.
Fantini’s Fusion Kitchen is the latest venture from Fantini Hospitality Group, led by restaurateur Jimmy Fantin. Fantin also owns Fantini’s Italian Restaurant, a regional favorite known for its authentic New Haven-style apizza and classic Italian fare.
The Design: Art Deco Style
This new concept expands the group’s culinary vision with a globally inspired menu served in a design-forward setting. Inside, warm tones, deep browns, and gold accents create an intimate, elevated atmosphere. Influenced by the classic Art Deco stylings of Manhattan and Miami, the space blends architectural detail with modern refinement.
