STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — We’re learning more about a Ft. Pierce man who was caught in a swampy area in Martin County Wednesday, after he fled a traffic stop, collided head on with a woman in an SUV and tried to elude deputies.
Likenson Daceus, 39, is charged with fleeing with disregard of safety to persons or property, resisting arrest without violence, failure to stop and remain at a crash involving serious bodily injury and leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property.
