LUCIE – After years of paying into the Tradition CDD fund, Tradition residents are finally receiving some extra perks for their investment. <\n> A CCD, or Community Development District, is a local, special-purpose government framework used to finance, build, and maintain major infrastructure and shared amenities in new residential communities.
For many years, Tradition residents paid into the CDD fund and received the same benefits, such as access to concerts, festivals and other events, as Port St. Lucie’s general population.
