DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — A 25-year-old man from Vero Beach, Florida, is charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting another person at the Cambridge Apartments along Orangeburg Road, according to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office.
