STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — Less than a year after being fired without cause, Mike Mortell is preparing to return to City Hall as Stuart’s city manager.
The Stuart City Commission voted 3-2 earlier this month to bring Mortell back, citing his experience and long history with the city.
