That journey began in 1987, when Rod and Lyra Mickley established Rod Mickley Interiors, earning a reputation for sophisticated yet comfortable interiors inspired by Florida’s coastal lifestyle.
In 2018, their creative vision expanded with Lyra Home, bringing distinctive artwork, furnishings, accessories, and gifts to the Vero Beach community. Yet for Rod, one dream remained: opening an art gallery of his own. In 2026, that dream became Orange Island Gallery.
