FORT PIERCE, Fla. (CBS12) – Day two of the retrial is underway for a woman who is accused of hitting and killing a 10-year-old girl and then leaving the scene. Ariana Colon, 25, sat before a jury last month after being charged with killing Yaceny Gonzalez as she was getting on the bus for school in Fort Pierce in 2021. The next day, the judge declared a mistrial.
