Palm Bay is getting a sister concept of Crabby’s Oyster Bar in Jensen Beach. Co-owner Darrin Hoopes told FFBW that Gettin’ Crabby is nearly ready, and they are hoping to open as soon as early February.
Gettin’ Crabby will share a similar menu to its Jensen Beach parent concept. Hoopes also said that the chef leading the Jensen Beach restaurant is coming up to Palm Bay to head up the culinary effort there.
Gettin’ Crabby will offer a focused and simplified menu at the start. Hoopes said that they will include the most popular dishes initially while the staff gets adjusted to the new space. After a month or so, they will expand to the full menu.
Expect king crab, snow crab, blue crab, sandwiches, surf and turf and much more. Check out the menu at the Jensen Beach restaurant to get an glimpse into what the full menu will eventually look like in Palm Bay.
