FORT PIERCE, Fla. (CBS12) – A five-time felon was subdued by a K-9 in Fort Pierce. The Fort Pierce Police Department (FPPD) said on Tuesday, January 30, officers were advised to be on the lookout for 43-year-old Raymond Allan Smith. Smith was wanted in connection to a domestic violence incident.
