St. Lucie County Restaurants With Most Violations in Last 30 Days

The latest round of restaurant inspections in St. Lucie County has revealed a mixed bag of compliance and violations. Some establishments promptly addressed issues, while others required additional time to meet health and safety standards.

Inspections conducted throughout January by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation have highlighted several issues that needed to be rectified by restaurants in an effort to maintain cleanliness and proper food handling procedures.

Leading the list of six diners featured was Little Caesars, located at 1999 S Us Hwy 1 in Fort Pierce, which encountered 15 violations at the beginning of the month.

Despite the high number, the nature of these violations that existed were mostly basic issues (10). The violations required further review, but the inspector noted that the issues were not an immediate threat to the public.

Meanwhile, Oniku Hibachi Japanese Restaurant in Fort Pierce followed closely, with 14 violations initially, but managed to rectify all issues by the following day, avoiding further action.
