Charles E. Naperski, a retiree of Ocala, Fla., passed away Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024. Charles, formerly a resident of Larksville and Jupiter, Fla., was born Oct. 13, 1956, to Charles and Antonette Naperski. He was the oldest of Five children. “Charlie” (as he was known by to most people) graduated from Wyoming Valley West High School and Embry-Riddle University and proudly served in the U.S. Navy.
