PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. – A Florida Highway Patrol trooper killed during a pursuit on I-95 earlier this month will be honored Monday during a memorial service. Trooper Zachary Fink, 26, died on Feb. 2 while pursuing a driver on I-95 near Port St. Lucie. The driver made an illegal U-turn and Fink followed, but he collided with a semitrailer as he made the turn, according to the FHP. Investigators said the driver of the semi also died in the crash.
