PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. – An 18-month-old boy in Port St. Lucie is in critical condition after being found without a pulse in a pond near his home. Police said they got the initial call around 4:40 p.m. reporting the child was missing from the home in the 1200 block of SW Bellevue Avenue.
