FORT PIERCE, Fla. — Buc-ee’s, the Texas-based gas station and megastore chain known for its expansive size and unique offerings, is poised to expand its presence in Florida. The company has officially submitted plans for a new location in St. Lucie County, marking what could be its fourth store in the Sunshine State.

The proposed site is strategically located at the southeast corner of Indrio Road and Interstate 95, aiming to capitalize on the area’s prime location in North St. Lucie County.

The submission of the site plan to St. Lucie County officials is the first step in a process that includes reviews by two committees before county commissioners have the opportunity to give their final approval.

“The Buc-ee’s PRW is proposed at the southeast corner of Indrio Road and Interstate 95 to take advantage of a prime location in North St. Lucie County,” according to county records report.
