PORT ST. LUCIE – On what would have been a day of celebration for Port St. Lucie resident Cara Sanders, she instead had to deal with a tragedy. Her father, Daniel Sanders, 53, was fatally shot while he was riding his red Harley Davidson motorcyle at about 1 a.m., Sept. 22 on Southwest California Boulevard.
