FORT PIERCE, Fla. (CBS12) – A dog was rescued from a burning duplex on Tuesday afternoon, the fire leaving six people displaced. The St. Lucie County Fire District (SLCFD) said firefighters responded to a fire at 5203 LaSalle Street at around 5:30 p.m. and found the duplex on fire.
