PORT SALERNO, Fla. (CBS12) – FEMA landed in Martin County after three possible tornadoes left behind a trail of devastation in the region. On Friday, Deanne Criswell, the administrator for FEMA, landed at the Witham Field airport in Stuart where she met with local officials, including the Martin County Manager Don Donaldson.
