PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) – A new police chief will be sworn into office in the city of Port St. Lucie. Leo Niemczyk, will be sworn in as chief on Wednesday at 9 a.m., the city of Port St. Lucie says.He replaces Chief Richard Del Toro who is gunning to become the next chief of the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office.
