STUART – The year 2025 marks the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast’s 70th anniversary. There will be a series of events to commemorate this milestone, starting with the 21st annual Mutt March Festival and 5K and 10K races on Saturday, Jan. 18, at Memorial Park, 300 SE Ocean Blvd. The races will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the festival will be held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
