The Florida Man has become an iconic meme online. However, for some reason, people from Florida keep committing crazy crimes. Take Robert James Luther for example. This man has been charged with animal cruelty after a Florida homeowner discovered a box with two severed cat heads inside. The box had been placed into their mailbox, prompting the homeowners to call law enforcement. It seems as though Florida keeps getting crazier.
According to People, on March 13, police were called to the Bonita Springs home after the shocking discovery was made. Due to the nature of the situation, the animal cruelty task force was also called in for the case. Officers ensured the public that “state-of-the-art” technology, including license plate readers, was used in the investigation. This was when Police found a Florida man, Robert James Luther, fishing in a nearby area. However, Luther would not cooperate with the cops and refused to answer any questions. After Robert James Luther’s mugshot was released, many social media users seemed to think he is “A very scary looking individual.”
