On March 24, 2025, at approximately 11:05 a.m., cleaning staff at a local hotel discovered 58-year-old Toni-Lynn Marie Trabb unresponsive on the floor of her hotel room. Maintenance staff quickly responded to assist but were unable to detect a pulse. St. Lucie County 911 was contacted, and emergency responders arrived on the scene at 11:14 a.m.
Despite efforts by first responders, Trabb was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival. Deputies secured the scene, and the Criminal Investigations Division, along with Crime Scene Investigators, initiated an investigation. Given the suspicious nature of the circumstances, the 19th Judicial Circuit Medical Examiner’s Office was contacted. Following an examination, the death was officially ruled a homicide at 4:19 p.m.
