FORT PIERCE – The head of the Lincoln Park Incubate Neighborhood Center (INC) Wednesday acknowledged “setbacks” that have kept its Means Court historic building shuttered for the past two years.
But Canieria Gardner said she’s “excited for the center’s reopening in the near future,” despite hurdles that one Fort Pierce city commissioner Monday called “a volcano ready to explode.”
And it’s not just the city’s $12-a-year lease agreement with INC that’s at issue.
