MARTIN COUNTY, Florida — Four people were rescued and flown to a hospital after a boat capsized 22 miles offshore, while five others remain missing, according to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. The incident involved individuals from the Dominican Republic and Haiti.The Martin County Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit assisted the United States Coast Guard in the rescue operation. According to a survivor, the vessel departed from the Bahamas nine days ago and capsized three days prior to the rescue.
