A long-term investigation culminated in the arrest of two individuals allegedly at the center of a significant narcotics distribution network operating in Florida.
The operation, named “Operation Tooth Fairy,” targeted 41-year-old Julianne C. Perez, known among users as the “Candyman,” and 28-year-old Dillon James Clark in Martin County.
