VERO BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Police are attempting to identify a man captured on surveillance footage with an $1,100 e-bike and the tools needed to swipe it.
Just before midnight on Sunday, the Vero Beach Police Department (VBPD) says a man was seen on surveillance inside the Skyborne flight academy after-hours.
