FORT PIERCE—Will and Tatiana Dyer didn’t come from a long line of car dealers. In fact, their first venture into the auto business was in Montpelier, Ohio—a town with more charm than traffic lights. They owned a tiny Ford-Lincoln-Mercury store there, using those early years to learn the ropes and build confidence. But as Florida natives, they always knew they’d find their way back.
In 2008, they did just that, moving to Vero Beach and opening the first Dyer dealership: Chevrolet and Mazda. It was the start of something big. Over the next few years, they expanded rapidly—adding locations, acquiring new brands, and even building five new facilities in just five years.
