A former Goldman Sachs executive has put his sprawling oceanfront Florida abode on the market for $16 million—complete with nearly 2 acres of space for future owners to make their own.

Frank Brosens, co-founder of Taconic Capital Advisors, bought the Vero Beach property for just $2.5 million in 2013, according to records, but is now trying to make a serious return on that investment, albeit not quite as hefty a profit as he might have hoped.

Brosens and his wife, Denise, originally listed the “masterfully designed” home for $19.5 million in 2022, when it sat on the market for eight months before being removed…
