STUART, Fla (CBS12) — Newly released body camera footage and statements from the Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) are shedding light on a troubling pattern that may have started long before the shooting death of Cynthia Sciarrone-Seith.
Deputies say concerns over Dr. Richard Seith, a well-known ophthalmologist, began back in July 2024 when deputies responded to reports of shots fired at a Stuart home. That house was tied to a couple allegedly involved with the Seiths during their marriage, according to the MCSO.
