Participate in Fort Pierce’s Comp Plan update

FORT PIERCE – The City of Fort Pierce, in collaboration with the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (TCRPC), is launching a state-required Evaluation and Appraisal Review (EAR) to update its Comprehensive Plan.

Every seven years, Florida mandates that local governments review their comprehensive plans to ensure they align with updated state laws, shifting community needs, and evolving local priorities. This review isn’t just about compliance—it’s a chance to shape the future of Fort Pierce together.
