HOBE SOUND, Fla. (CBS12) — A man convicted of killing a 4-year-old when he was a teenager is expected to be resentenced after a judge found he seemed fit to re-enter society, per Martin County court records.
According to court documents filed Friday, August 29, a Martin County Judge ordered that Brooks Bellay be transported to Martin County Jail for his sentence to be modified.
His resentencing court date is expected to be held on Sept. 12 at 11 a.m…
