Piper Aircraft announced on Tuesday that it has received its first U.S. order for the Piper Seminole DX trainer aircraft.
The order was placed by the Skyborne Airline Academy, located at the Vero Beach Airport (VRB). The school ordered 5 Seminole DX aircraft and will be the first domestic flight school to integrate the Seminole DX into its training fleet. The academy joined the Piper Flight School Alliance in 2023 with an order of 11 Pilot 100i aircraft, which expanded to over 30 aircraft later.
